The angel is back again – this time visiting Mary rather than Zechariah!!

The children made paper bag puppets to help act out this week’s “Brilliant bit of the Bible”, which speaks of the angel’s visit to Mary, telling her that she would be the mother of Jesus, God’s own Son! 

We know the angel looks like it’s got a bow tie on rather than wings but hey-ho – nothing’s simple in the world of Harmony craft! The one in the middle is Elizabeth, Zechariah’s wife, and a relative of Mary – both women were very happy at the news the angel brought.
